I am very pleased to announce Ann Cederhall as our new Guest Author in Travel Employees Networking Group. Ann has a very deep and broad understanding of the Airline Industry especially within the areas of Distribution, e-commerce, NDC and ONEOrder, Shopping, Merchandizing and Digital Transformation.
Over the last 25 years, Ann has been operating from 12 countries in
3 continents in her work with a number of Airlines, Vendors and Travel Agencies. At present she is a consultant with Leapshift and our new
Guest Author.
In her first article, which will be published Tuesday next week Ann is challenging the Travel Agency processes. In Fact, few people has more knowledge about the travel trade than Ann Cederhall.
